Where a bath or shower tray is not quite level, or the glass is not perfectly parallel with it, a standard straight-fin seal leaves a widening gap at one end. Fit this seal with the deep end of the fin over the widest part of the gap and it closes the gap evenly along the whole edge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eChoosing the right taper\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eOur tapered seals come in a number of sizes to suit different gaps. As a rule of thumb, choose a fin around \u003cstrong\u003e2–5mm bigger\u003c\/strong\u003e than the gap you need to seal at each point — the flexible fin compresses for a tight, even seal.
