Balconies and terraces take a battering from rain, condensation and constant foot traffic, and painted or bare concrete quickly becomes dangerously slippery. Our anti-slip balcony paint is a UK-manufactured, water-based acrylic coating with a fine silica grit texture that restores lasting, high-friction grip to concrete, screeded and previously painted balcony floors — even when wet.

Formulated to withstand the British climate, it resists UV fading, rain and frost while remaining low-odour and low-VOC, making it practical to apply on occupied apartment balconies, hotel terraces and communal walkways with minimal disruption to residents.

Where to Use It

Ideal for residential and apartment balconies, roof terraces, communal walkways, hotel and holiday let balconies, and any concrete, screeded or previously painted balcony floor that has become slippery. Also suitable for ground-floor patios and covered terraces.

Pack Sizes & Coverage

Available in 5 litre, 10 litre, 20 litre and 1000 litre IBC tank sizes, from a single apartment balcony to large multi-unit residential blocks and commercial refurbishment contracts. Typical coverage is 6–8 m² per litre per coat (two coats recommended, three for heavily exposed or high-traffic areas).
