Do you accept returns?

Industrial-polymers.co.uk only ships to the United Kingdom. All purchases from Industrial-polymers.co.uk are final. We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. Please email Sales@Industrial-Polymers.Co.Uk or call +44 1282 277786 Customers have 14 days to return a product if approved on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns on used products. Any accepted returns will have to be new.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

The 1.2m wide rolls are custom made and cut from the 2.2m wide rolls and are therefore non refundable and Cut to size rubber flooring order is non- refundable

30% restocking fee applies to all agreed cancellations. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. Unreturned goods are non-refundable.
