Deep-Penetrating Primer, Durable Sealer — One Product, Two Jobs

This clear polyurethane concrete primer and sealer is a low-viscosity, single-pack polyurethane that soaks deep into porous concrete, binding dust and strengthening the substrate. Used as a primer, it dramatically improves the adhesion of polyurethane floor paints and cuts the risk of delamination under forklifts, pallet trucks and heavy foot traffic.

Used alone as a sealer, two coats give a satin, dust-free finish that highlights the natural colour of the concrete while repelling oil, water and everyday household chemicals.

Where To Use It

Ideal as a primer coat under Extreme-grade polyurethane and other solvent-based floor paints, or as a standalone dust-proofing sealer for garages, workshops, warehouses and porous concrete floors and screeds.

Suitable Substrates

Porous concrete floors and screeds, cement slabs and flags, cementitious toppings, and block paving or masonry ahead of a polyurethane topcoat.
