Bifold Shower Seal - 6.5mm T-Head, 16mm Tall, Seals 7-11mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear bifold shower door seal made from soft flexible PVC. The 6.5mm T-head slides into the channel in the door frame and the 16mm body closes gaps of 7–11mm between the door and the tray, bath or wall.
Fit it horizontally under the bottom rail of a bifold door, or vertically between a glass upright and the wall. No adhesive is needed — the T-head is held by the channel itself, with silicone optional.
Check your size, then choose a length
This is the smaller-gap of our two 6.5mm T-head profiles — it covers 7–11mm gaps, while its sibling covers 8–13mm. Measure your gap first, then pick a 1000mm or 2000mm length (custom cut options available) at or just above your door width.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks under the door. A hardened, shrunken or split channel seal is the usual reason a bifold door drips onto the bathroom floor. A fresh seal closes the 7–11mm gap and protects flooring and skirting.
No adhesive, no mess. The T-head simply slides into the existing channel — and slides out again when it eventually needs replacing.
Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC blends into the frame line instead of drawing the eye.
Cuts with scissors. Soft flexible PVC trims to an exact fit at home in seconds.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the slot in your channel is around 6.5mm wide and the gap you need to close is between 7mm and 11mm.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — or add the custom cut option.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, cut the new seal to width, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it fully across.
