Glass-to-Glass Seal for 4-6mm Glass - Spans Gaps up to 20mm
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A vertical glass-to-glass seal for frameless screens. The rigid clear-PVC U-section pushes onto 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass and holds without adhesive, while the flexible blade closes gaps of up to 20mm to the next pane — stopping water escaping through the join between two panels.
It's the tidier choice when the panel-to-panel gap is modest; if your panes sit further apart, our 34mm-span version covers bigger distances.
Which gap size do I need?
Measure the gap between the two panes — anything up to 20mm is covered by this profile. Then check your glass measures 4–6mm thick and compare your old seal with the profile cutaway in the first photo. If your gap is bigger, choose our 34mm-span glass-to-glass seal instead.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks between panels. The vertical join between two panes is a favourite escape route for shower water — the flexible blade closes it off and keeps the floor dry.
No adhesive, no mess. The rigid U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.
Barely visible once fitted. Clear PVC on clear glass keeps the frameless look your screen was chosen for.
Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it to your panel height, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the panel-to-panel gap (up to 20mm) and the height of the pane.
2. Choose. Pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your panel height — or add custom cutting and we'll trim it for you.
3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the glass edge, cut the seal to panel height, then push it onto the glass from the bottom up so the blade reaches the next pane — press it on, never slide it.
