Glass-to-Glass Seal for 4-6mm Glass - Spans Gaps up to 34mm
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear vertical seal for frameless shower screens with a large gap to bridge between two panes. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass with no adhesive, and the long flexible blade spans gaps of up to 34mm across to the neighbouring panel, keeping the water inside the enclosure.
It fits vertically between two panes — typically between a door and a fixed panel. This is a straight seal only and will not follow a curve. If your gap is under 20mm, our shorter-bladed version gives a neater look once fitted.
Choose your length
Measure the height of the glass edge you are sealing and pick the nearest length at or above it — 900mm or 2000mm. If your measurement sits between the two, choose the 2000mm length and trim it down, or add our custom cutting service (please note custom-cut items are non-returnable).

Why fit this seal
Bridges gaps other seals can't. With a blade spanning up to 34mm, this profile closes the wide glass-to-glass gaps that standard wipes and fins simply cannot reach.
No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it pushes straight on and can be removed later without leaving residue on the glass.
Nearly invisible once fitted. Clear PVC blends into the glass, so the enclosure keeps its frameless look while the blade quietly does its job.
Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick and measure the gap across to the neighbouring pane (up to 34mm) and the height of the glass edge.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 900mm or 2000mm.
3. Fit. Remove any old seal, clean the glass edge, cut the new seal to the height of the panel and push the U-section onto the glass from below, working upward — do not slide it along the edge.
