Glass-to-Frame Cushion Seal for Bifold Screens - Clear, Push-Fit

What this seal is

A clear soft-PVC seal that pushes into the gap between the glass pane and the metal frame of a bifold screen or door. It cushions the glass, stops it rattling in the frame, and seals the joint so water can’t track through between glass and metal.

Use it horizontally along the bottom rail or vertically on an upright. It’s one of three glass-to-frame profiles we stock, each with its own distinct cross-section — so compare the cutaway photo with the end of your old seal before ordering.

Why fit this seal

Seals the glass-to-frame joint. When this cushion seal perishes, water tracks between the pane and the frame and drips out below — a fresh seal closes the joint and protects the floor outside the shower.

Stops rattle. The soft PVC grips the pane inside the frame, so the glass sits snug instead of clattering every time the door folds.

No adhesive, no tools. It presses into the gap by hand and comes out the same way — no residue, no mess, easy to replace again in future.

Easy to fit at home. Soft PVC cuts with ordinary household scissors — trim to size and press it in.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the gap between the glass and the frame, the length of the run, and compare the end of your old seal with the cutaway in the first photo.

2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your measurement — or use the custom cut option.

3. Fit. Ease the old seal out from between glass and frame and clean both surfaces, cut the new seal to length with scissors, then press it evenly into the gap along the full run.
