What this seal is

A vertical glass-to-glass corner seal for lighter frameless enclosures. It has two rigid clear-PVC U-channels joined by a soft flexible web about 20mm wide: one channel pushes onto the edge of each 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass panel with no adhesive, and the flexible web bridges the joint where the two panels meet at an angle — the corner of a bifold or angled enclosure. It is not designed for the bottom edge of a door.

It fits vertically down the full height of the joint, keeping spray inside the enclosure where the panels turn the corner, and the soft web flexes as a bifold panel moves. Got thicker 8–10mm glass? See our other corner seal for heavier panels.

Why fit this seal

Seals the corner where panels meet. The angled joint between two glass panels is a natural escape route for spray. The twin channels grip both edges and the flexible web closes the joint down the full height of the glass, keeping the water in the enclosure.

Moves with the door. Because the web is soft, it flexes as a bifold panel folds and unfolds instead of fighting the hinge action.

No adhesive, no mess. The rigid channels grip 4–6mm glass on their own — they push straight on and come off again without leaving residue.

Easy like-for-like replacement. If your old corner seal has yellowed or split, this restores the joint in minutes without touching the panels themselves.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check both panels are 4–6mm thick, confirm they meet at an angled corner with a gap of up to about 20mm, and measure the height of the joint.

2. Choose. Pick the 900mm or 2000mm length at or above your panel height — or add custom cutting (custom-cut items are non-returnable).

3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean both glass edges, cut to the panel height, then push each channel onto its glass edge working from the bottom up — press it on, never slide it along the glass, as this can damage it.
