Bifold Shower Seal - 8mm Rigid T-Head, 14mm Tall, Seals 11-14mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear channel seal for bifold and folding shower doors, pairing a rigid 8mm T-head with a soft sealing body 14mm tall that closes gaps of 11–14mm. The rigid T grips the aluminium or plastic channel firmly while the soft blade does the sealing — no adhesive required.

It fits horizontally under the bottom rail of the door, or vertically between glass and wall, and simply slides into the existing channel in place of your old seal.

Your channel slot needs to be 8mm, and the gap you're sealing between 11mm and 14mm. We also stock another rigid 8mm T-head profile covering 9–14mm gaps with a different blade shape — compare the profile cutaway in the first photo with the end of your old seal to pick the right one.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks under the door. A perished or shrunken channel seal is a common cause of water creeping out under a bifold door — a fresh seal closes the gap and protects your flooring.

Stays put. The rigid T-head locks into the channel so the seal can't work loose, while the soft blade flexes to seal gaps of 11–14mm.

No adhesive, no mess. It slides into the existing channel in place of the old seal — nothing to glue, screw or drill.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your channel slot is 8mm, your gap is 11–14mm and measure the width of the door.

2. Choose. Pick the 900mm or 2000mm length at or above your measurement — or add custom cutting.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the channel, cut the new seal to size, then slide the rigid T-head along the channel until seated.
