Bifold Shower Seal - Slim 3mm T-Head, 12mm Tall, Seals 7-12mm Gaps

What this seal is
A clear channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens with the narrowest of frame slots. The T-head is just 3mm wide — our slimmest — so if larger T-heads won't start in your channel, this is the one to try. The soft body stands 12mm tall and closes gaps of 7mm to 12mm, keeping the water inside your enclosure.
The T-head slots into the aluminium or plastic channel of the door frame — no adhesive needed — and the seal can be fitted horizontally along the bottom rail or vertically between the glass and the wall.

Why fit this seal
Made for narrow channels. Standard T-head seals are simply too wide for some frames. At 3mm this head starts easily in slim slots that reject everything else.
Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn or missing channel seal under a bifold door lets water track straight onto the bathroom floor. A fresh seal closes the 7–12mm gap and protects flooring and skirting.
No adhesive, no mess. The head simply slides along the existing channel — no glue, no residue, and the old seal slides out just as easily when it's next due a refresh.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same day when you order before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your channel slot is about 3mm wide and the gap you need to close is between 7mm and 12mm. Comparing the cutaway photo with the end of your old seal is a quick way to confirm the profile.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — or use our custom cutting service.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, cut the new seal to length with scissors, then feed the slim T-head in at one end and slide it across.
Not sure it fits?
Email a photo of your old seal's end profile or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will confirm the right profile and size before you order — usually the same working day.
