What this seal is
A low-profile clear channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens that sit close to the tray. The 4mm T-shaped head slides into the narrow channel in your door's frame — no adhesive needed — and at just 6mm overall height the soft hollow bubble beneath it compresses to close small gaps of 2mm to 6mm.
It fits horizontally along the bottom rail of the door, or vertically between a glass upright and the wall — anywhere a slimmer gap needs sealing without a bulky blade dragging on the tray.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks without dragging. When a door sits close to the tray, an over-tall seal drags, folds under and lets water past. This low 6mm bubble profile compresses to close a 2–6mm gap cleanly so the door glides shut and the floor stays dry.
No adhesive, no mess. The T-head grips the channel by itself — the old seal slides out, the new one slides in, and nothing is stuck down.
Barely visible once fitted. The translucent PVC disappears against the glass and frame, keeping the enclosure looking clean.
Cut to fit at home. The soft PVC trims cleanly with ordinary scissors — or add our custom cutting service and it arrives at your exact length.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot is around 4mm wide (possibly slightly narrower) and the gap to seal is between 2mm and 6mm.
2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length to suit your door, or add custom cutting and it arrives ready to fit.
3. Fit. Slide out the old seal and clean the channel, cut the new seal to the door's width, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across until seated.
