Bifold Shower Seal - 5mm T-Head, 18mm Tall, Seals 13-18mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear replacement channel seal for bifold and channel-fitting shower doors. The 5mm T-head slots straight into the aluminium or plastic channel in the door frame — no adhesive required — and the flexible 18mm-tall blade beneath closes gaps of 13–18mm, keeping the water where it belongs.
Fit it horizontally under the bottom rail of a bath screen or shower door, or vertically on the glass upright. Made from soft flexible PVC, it cuts cleanly to length with ordinary scissors.
Choose your length
Available in 1000mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the nearest length at or above the width of your door and trim it down at home, or add the Custom Cut option and it arrives ready to fit. If in doubt, go longer — it’s easy to trim, impossible to stretch.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks under the door. A hardened, split or missing channel seal is the usual reason water creeps out under a bifold door — a fresh blade closes the gap and protects flooring and skirting.
No adhesive, no mess. The T-head simply slides along the existing channel — no glue, no residue, and it can be replaced again just as easily.
Nearly invisible in use. The clear PVC sits discreetly beneath the door, so the repair doesn’t change the look of your enclosure.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same working day when ordered before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot in your door takes a 5mm T-head, measure the width of the door, and confirm the gap to seal is 13–18mm.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — or add the Custom Cut option.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the new seal to the door’s width with scissors, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across until seated.
Not sure it fits?
Neighbouring 5mm profiles in this family cover 12–17mm and 17–22mm gaps with different blade shapes, so it’s worth checking before you buy. Email a photo of your old seal or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will confirm the right profile and size before you order — usually the same working day.
