Bifold Shower Seal - 5mm T-Head, Seals 2-5mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear channel seal for bifold shower doors and screens with a 5mm T-head and an 8mm overall height, sealing small gaps of 2–5mm. The T-head simply slides into the aluminium or plastic channel on your door — no adhesive needed, though a little silicone can be added if you prefer.
It runs horizontally along the bottom rail of the door or vertically between the glass and the wall, and it is one of ten 5mm T-head profiles we stock — this is the small-gap one, for doors sitting close to the tray.
How to check it fits your door
Measure the slot in your channel — it should be around 5mm wide (possibly slightly narrower) — and the gap you need to close, which should be 2–5mm. Hold the end of your old seal against the cutaway in the first photo to compare profiles; if the shape matches, this is your seal.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks at the bottom of the door. A hardened or split bottom seal lets water track out under a bifold door every shower. A fresh seal closes the gap and protects flooring and skirting from water damage.
No-mess fitting. The T-head slides into the existing channel — no adhesive, no drilling, and it can be swapped again in minutes when it eventually wears.
Cuts with household scissors. The soft PVC trims cleanly to the exact width of your door — no saws or specialist tools.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Order before 2pm and your seal is dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your channel slot is around 5mm wide and your gap is 2–5mm, then measure the width of the door edge.
2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length — whichever is at or above your measurement — or have us cut it for you.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, trim the new seal to size and feed the T-head along the channel until it sits flush.
