Bifold Shower Seal - 5mm T-Head, 13mm Tall - Profile B

What this seal is

A clear bifold shower door seal (Profile B) with a 5mm T-head and an overall height of 13mm, sealing gaps of 8mm to 13mm. The T-head slots into the aluminium or plastic channel on your door — no adhesive required — and the flexible blade closes the gap, keeping the water inside the enclosure.

Note that we stock two profiles with the same headline sizes — a 5mm T-head and 13mm height — but with differently shaped blades. Hold the end of your old seal against the cutaway in the first photo: if the blade curves differently, compare both profiles and pick the matching one.

How to check it fits your door

Two measurements decide it: your channel slot should take a 5mm T-head, and your gap should sit between 8mm and 13mm. The deciding factor between our two same-size profiles is blade shape, so compare your old seal's cross-section with the cutaway photos before ordering.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the fold. Bifold doors rely on these slot-in blades to seal each panel — a perished or shrunken blade is the usual reason water tracks out onto the bathroom floor.

No adhesive, no mess. The T-head simply slides along the existing channel, so fitting is clean and the seal can be replaced again in future without residue.

Cuts with scissors. The soft flexible PVC trims to length in seconds with a good pair of scissors — no saws or specialist tools.

Barely visible. Once fitted, the translucent blade blends into the enclosure rather than drawing the eye.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Remove the old seal, clean the channel, and measure the channel length and the gap the blade needs to close.

2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length at or above your channel measurement, and confirm the blade shape matches your old seal.

3. Fit. Trim the new seal to size with scissors, then slide the T-head along the channel until it sits flush end to end. No adhesive, no drying time.
