Bifold Shower Seal - 6mm T-Head, Lowest 5mm Profile, Seals 2-5mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
The lowest-profile 6mm T-head seal we stock: a clear channel seal just 5mm tall overall, closing tiny gaps of 2–5mm under doors that sit almost flush to the tray. The T-shaped head slots into the aluminium or plastic channel in your door frame — no adhesive required.
It fits horizontally under the bottom rail of a bifold or channel-fitted door, and works just as well vertically between the glass and the wall.
Choose your length
Two lengths are available — 1000mm and 2000mm. Pick the length at or just above the width of your door; the soft PVC cuts easily with scissors, or add our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit. If your gap reaches 7mm, choose our 7mm-high 6mm T-head profile instead.

Why fit this seal
Seals doors that sit almost flush. Most channel seals are too tall for a 2–5mm gap and drag on the tray — this low-profile blade closes tiny gaps without binding.
No adhesive, no mess. The T-head simply slides along the existing channel in the frame — nothing to glue, and it slides back out when it is next due a refresh.
Cuts with scissors. The soft PVC trims to the exact width of your door in seconds — no saws or special tools.
Easy like-for-like replacement. Match the 6mm T-head and the 5mm height and the new seal drops straight into place, restoring a watertight sweep in minutes.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your channel slot suits a 6mm T-head and that your gap is 2–5mm.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm at or above your door width — and compare the cutaway photo with the end of your old seal.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, cut the new seal to length, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it along the channel until flush.
