Black Bifold Shower Seal - 6mm T-Head, Seals 5-10mm Gaps

What this seal is

A black bifold shower door seal made from soft flexible PVC. The 6mm T-head slides into the channel in the door frame and the soft hollow oval tube body below compresses to close gaps of 5–10mm — and because it is solid black, it disappears against a black or dark frame in a way no clear or white seal can.

Fit it horizontally under the bottom rail of a bifold door, or vertically between a glass upright and the wall. No adhesive is needed — the T-head is held by the channel itself, with silicone optional.

Choose your length

Available in 1000mm or 2000mm lengths, each with a custom cut option. Pick the length at or just above your door width and trim to size — the soft PVC cuts with scissors.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks under the door. A hardened or split channel seal is the usual reason a bifold door drips onto the bathroom floor. A fresh seal closes the 5–10mm gap and protects flooring and skirting.

Made for black enclosures. The solid black PVC matches black and dark-framed doors instead of standing out against them.

Seals on contact. The hollow oval tube squashes gently against the tray or wall, keeping full contact even where the gap varies slightly.

No adhesive, no mess. The T-head simply slides into the existing channel — and slides out again when it eventually needs replacing.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check the slot in your channel is around 6mm wide and the gap you need to close is between 5mm and 10mm.

2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — or add the custom cut option.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out, clean the channel, cut the new seal to width with scissors, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across.
