Bifold Shower Seal - 7mm T-Head, 8mm Tall, Seals 3-8mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A compact clear channel seal for bifold and sliding shower doors, with a 7mm T-head and an overall height of 8mm, sealing gaps of 3–8mm. Made from soft flexible PVC, the T-head simply slides into the aluminium or plastic channel of your door in place of the old seal — no adhesive required.
It fits horizontally under the bottom rail of the door, or vertically between glass and wall, and cuts to length with ordinary scissors.
Check it fits your door
Your channel slot should be 7mm (possibly slightly narrower), and the gap you're sealing between 3mm and 8mm. We stock three 7mm T-head heights — this profile sits between our low 2–7mm and mid 5–10mm versions — so compare the profile cutaway in the first photo with the end of your old seal to pick the right one.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks under the door. A perished or shrunken channel seal is a common cause of water creeping out under a bifold door — a fresh seal closes the gap and protects your flooring.
Slides straight in. The T-head feeds into your existing channel in place of the old seal — nothing to glue, screw or drill.
Easy to cut. The soft flexible PVC trims to the exact width of your door with ordinary scissors.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same day when you order before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your channel slot is around 7mm, your gap is 3–8mm and measure the width of the door.
2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length at or above your measurement — or add custom cutting.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the new seal to the door's width, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across.
Not sure it fits?
Email a photo of your old seal or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will size it across our three 7mm T-head heights before you order — usually the same working day.
