Bifold Shower Seal - 8.5mm T-Head, 30mm Tall, Seals 25-30mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
The tallest seal in our bifold range: an 8.5mm T-head that slots into the channel on your door frame, with a full 30mm body that closes very large gaps of 25–30mm. It is made for doors hung well above the tray, where nothing shorter will reach.
Fit it horizontally under the bottom rail of a bifold or channel-fitted door, or vertically between the glass and the wall. The soft flexible PVC compresses gently against the tray or wall to keep the water in.
Which gap size do I need?
Measure the channel slot (this seal needs an 8.5mm slot) and then the gap you need to close. This profile suits gaps of 25–30mm — measure carefully, as smaller gaps are better served by our 23–28mm or 19–24mm profiles.

Why fit this seal
Reaches where standard seals can't. With a 30mm body sealing 25–30mm gaps, this is the profile for doors that sit unusually high above the tray — no more towels along the bottom of the door.
Simple channel fit. The T-head slides straight into an existing aluminium or plastic channel — no drilling and no adhesive needed, though silicone can be added if you prefer.
Easy to cut at home. The soft PVC trims cleanly with a good pair of scissors, so getting a perfect edge-to-edge fit takes seconds.
Easy replacement. When a seal eventually discolours or stiffens, the T-head simply slides out and a fresh length slides in — a minutes-long job.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot is 8.5mm and the gap you need to close is 25–30mm, then measure the width of the door.
2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 1000mm or 2000mm — or add our custom cutting service.
3. Fit. Remove the old seal, clean the channel, cut the new seal to the door's width and slide the T-head along the channel until it is fully seated.
