White Bifold Shower Seal - 8mm T-Head, Low 6mm Profile, Seals 2-4mm Gaps

What this seal is

A white low-profile channel seal with a wide 8mm T-head and a slimline body just 6mm tall, made for doors that sit almost flush to the tray with tiny gaps of only 2–4mm. The T-head slides into the channel on the door frame — no adhesive needed — and the shallow blade closes the last few millimetres without dragging.

It is the natural choice for white-framed bifold doors and bath screens, and it is also used vertically as a channel seal on door uprights.

Choose your length

Available in 1000mm and 2000mm lengths. Order the length at or above your door width and trim it down with scissors, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Seals the smallest gaps. Most bottom seals are too tall for a door sitting 2–4mm above the tray — this 6mm profile closes the gap without forcing the door.

Matches white frames. The white PVC blends with a white enclosure instead of showing up against it.

No adhesive, no mess. The wide 8mm T-head slides into the existing channel and grips by itself, with nothing to glue and no residue at the next change.

Cut to fit at home. The soft PVC cuts cleanly with a good pair of scissors, so one length covers any door up to 2000mm wide.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check the channel slot in your frame accepts an 8mm T-head, and that the gap you need to close is between 2mm and 4mm.

2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length — whichever is at or above your door width.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the new seal to length, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across until seated.
