Dual-Fit Bifold Seal - 5.5mm & 7mm T-Heads, Seals 15-20mm Gaps

What this seal is

A two-in-one channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens: the extrusion carries both a 5.5mm and a 7mm T-head — use the one that fits your channel and trim the other off. The 20mm soft body closes gaps of 15–20mm beneath the door.

Because it covers channel slots from 5mm to 7mm, one seal fits frames that would otherwise need two different profiles. It slots in with no adhesive, and the body can be trimmed if your gap needs a shorter blade.

Why fit this seal

One seal, two channel sizes. With both a 5.5mm and a 7mm T-head on the same extrusion, you do not need to know your slot size to the millimetre — fit the head that matches and trim the spare away.

Closes 15–20mm gaps. The 20mm soft body seals the wide gap under a bifold door or bath screen, keeping water off the bathroom floor.

No adhesive, no mess. The T-head slides into the existing channel in the frame and stays put — nothing to glue, nothing to drill.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure your channel slot (5–7mm works) and the gap beneath the door (15–20mm).

2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length at or above the width of the run, or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim off the T-head that does not fit your channel, cut the seal to length — trimming the blade if needed — then slide the matching T-head along the channel until seated.
