What this seal is
A clear channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens. It pairs a rigid 6mm T-head, which slots into the aluminium or plastic channel of your door frame for a firm grip, with a soft 12mm-tall sealing body that closes gaps of 7mm to 12mm — no adhesive required.
It fits horizontally along the bottom rail of the door or vertically on the glass uprights, making it a straightforward like-for-like replacement for a worn, split or discoloured bifold seal.
Check the size, then choose your length
Your frame slot should be about 6mm wide and the gap you need to close between 7mm and 12mm. The cutaway in the first photo shows the exact cross-section — hold the end of your old seal against it to compare. Then measure the run you're sealing and pick 900mm or 2000mm, whichever is at or above it — the seal cuts down easily with scissors.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks at the door. A worn or shrunken bifold seal is a common cause of water escaping onto the bathroom floor. The soft 12mm body compresses across gaps of 7–12mm to keep the water where it belongs.
No adhesive, no mess. The rigid T-head simply slides along the frame channel — nothing to glue, screw or drill, and it comes out just as cleanly when it's next due a change.
Barely visible once fitted. The clear translucent PVC blends into the frame and glass instead of yellowing on show.
Cut to fit at home. Trim it to length with ordinary scissors for a neat end-to-end fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your frame slot is about 6mm wide, the gap to close is 7–12mm, and measure the length of the run you're sealing.
2. Choose. Pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your measurement — or add the custom cutting service.
3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean any dirt and grime from the channel, cut the new seal to length with scissors, then slide the rigid T-head along the channel until the seal sits flush.
