Bifold Shower Seal - 3.5mm T-Head for 1-3mm Gaps - Clear
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
The slimmest T-head seal in our bifold range: a clear soft-PVC profile with a 3.5mm T-head that slots into very narrow channels and closes tight gaps of just 1mm to 3mm. The T-head slides into the channel in your frame — no adhesive, no tools.
It’s most often fitted vertically on the upright glass sections of bifold doors, sealing the narrow gap between the glass edge and the tiles or wall, though it can also run horizontally along a bottom rail.
How to check it fits your door
This seal suits frames with a very narrow slot — around 3.5mm — and a small gap to close. Compare the cutaway in the first photo with the end profile of your old seal; if yours looks wider or taller, one of our other T-head sizes will be the better match.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks through the narrowest gaps. Even a 1–3mm gap at a door upright lets water find its way out shower after shower. A fresh seal closes it and keeps the water in the enclosure.
Made for slim channels. Many bifold frames use a slot too narrow for standard 5mm or 8mm T-heads — this 3.5mm profile is the one that actually fits them.
No adhesive, no mess. The T-head slides into the channel your old seal came out of — no glue, no drilling — and slides out again when next due a change.
Easy to cut at home. The soft PVC trims cleanly with scissors, so cutting a 2000mm length to your door height takes seconds.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check your frame’s slot is around 3.5mm wide, and measure the height of the upright (or width of the rail) you’re sealing.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your measurement — or select a Custom Cut option for your exact length.
3. Fit. Withdraw the old seal from the channel and clean the slot, cut the new seal to size, then slide the T-head in from one end until fully seated.
