Bifold Shower Seal - 4.5mm T-Head, 13mm Tall, Seals 8-13mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear soft-PVC bifold door seal that combines a slim 4.5mm T-head with a tall 13mm body — made for doors whose channel slot takes only a narrow T, but which still have a larger 8–13mm gap to close. The T-head simply slides into the aluminium or plastic channel on the door — no adhesive needed.
Fit it horizontally along the bottom rail of a bath screen or shower door, or vertically between a glass upright and the wall or tiles. The flexible blade closes the gap and stops drips escaping every time you shower.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks along the bottom rail. A worn or missing channel seal is the most common reason water pools outside a bifold door — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring and skirting from long-term water damage.
Slim head, tall body. Plenty of bifold doors have a narrow channel slot but a surprisingly large gap beneath them. This profile is made for exactly that combination — a 4.5mm T-head carrying a 13mm blade.
No adhesive, no mess. The seal is held by the door’s own channel, so it slides in cleanly and can be replaced again in future without any residue.
Easy to fit at home. Soft PVC cuts with ordinary household scissors — trim to size and slide it in.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot takes a 4.5mm T-head, measure the gap you need to close (8–13mm) and the length of the channel.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your channel length — or use the custom cut option.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and wipe the channel clean, trim the new seal to length with scissors, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across until flush.
Not sure it fits?
Email a photo of your old seal — ideally showing its cut end — or your measurements to sales@industrial-polymers.co.uk and our UK team will confirm the right profile before you order — usually the same working day.
