Black Bifold Shower Seal - 4mm T-Head, Seals 5-10mm Gaps

What this seal is

A black soft-PVC channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens — the right choice when your enclosure has a black or dark frame and a white or clear seal would stand out. The 4mm T-shaped head slots into the narrow channel in the frame, and the long 11mm angled blade beneath it sweeps down to seal gaps of 5mm to 10mm.

It fits horizontally along the bottom rail of the door, or vertically between a glass upright and the wall. If your old seal's spine sat inside a slot in the frame rather than pushing over the glass, a channel seal like this is what you need.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks under the door. A hardened, split or missing channel seal is the usual reason water creeps past a bifold door or bath screen. A fresh blade closes the gap and protects your floor.

Matches black hardware. Matt-black and dark-framed enclosures deserve a seal to match — this black profile blends in where a white seal would jar.

No adhesive, no mess. The T-head grips the channel by itself — the old seal slides out, the new one slides in, and nothing is stuck down.

Cut to fit at home. The soft PVC cuts cleanly with sharp scissors — or add our custom cutting service, tell us your exact length, and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Pull out your old seal and check the channel is around 4mm wide, and that the gap under the door is between 5mm and 10mm. The photos show the exact cross-section to compare against.

2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length to suit your door, or add custom cutting and it arrives at your exact length.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean soap scum and limescale from the channel, cut the new seal to your door's width, then feed the T-head into the channel at one end and slide it across until seated, with the blade angled into the shower.
