Bifold Shower Seal - 6mm T-Head, Seals 4-6mm Gaps
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear soft-PVC channel seal for bifold shower doors and bath screens. The 6mm T-head slots straight into the aluminium or plastic channel in the door frame, and the flexible blade beneath closes smaller gaps of 4mm to 6mm. Fit it horizontally along the bottom rail or vertically on a glass upright against the tiles or wall.
This profile is fully soft and flexible from head to blade. If your channel takes a 6mm T but you need a rigid head and a 7–12mm gap covered, see our taller 6mm profile instead.
Choose your length
Available in 1000mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the nearest length at or above the width of your door and trim it down at home, or add the Custom Cut option and it arrives ready to fit. If in doubt, go longer — it’s easy to trim, impossible to stretch.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks under the door. A hardened, split or missing channel seal is the usual reason water creeps out under a bifold door — a fresh blade closes the gap and protects flooring and skirting.
Made for tight gaps. The 4–6mm range suits doors that sit close to the tray, sealing snugly without forcing the door or dragging as it moves.
No adhesive needed. The T-head simply slides along the existing channel — silicone is optional, not required — and it can be replaced again just as easily.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Held in stock in the UK and dispatched same working day when ordered before 2pm.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot in your door takes a 6mm T-head, measure the width of the door, and confirm the gap to seal is 4–6mm.
2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width — or add the Custom Cut option.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the new seal to the door’s width with scissors, then feed the T-head in at one end and slide it across until flush end to end.
