Glass-to-Glass Bifold Seal - 8mm Rigid T-Head, Vertical Fit
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A clear vertical seal for the joint between two panes of glass on a bifold shower door. The rigid 8mm T-head grips inside the vertical channel (8mm wide, possibly slightly narrower) while the soft flexible blade closes the glass-to-glass gap as the door folds and unfolds.
It slots into the existing channel with no adhesive — when the original seal hardens, splits or falls out and water starts escaping through the fold of the door, this is the like-for-like replacement.
How to check it fits your door
Measure the width of the vertical channel where the old seal sits — this T-head needs approximately 8mm. Then compare the profile cutaway in the first photo with the end of your old seal. If your channel measures differently, we stock other T-head widths, so it's worth checking before you order.

Why fit this seal
Stops leaks through the fold. The glass-to-glass joint is the weak point of every bifold door — a fresh blade closes it properly and keeps water inside the enclosure.
Rigid head, secure hold. The rigid 8mm T-head seats firmly in the channel and stays put as the door folds, instead of creeping or dropping out like a worn soft seal.
No adhesive, no mess. It slides into the existing channel — nothing to glue, cure or clean up.
Easy like-for-like replacement. Slide the old seal out, feed the new one in — a few minutes' work restores a watertight door.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the vertical channel is approximately 8mm wide and measure the height of the door.
2. Choose. Pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door height — and trim to size, or add custom cutting.
3. Fit. Slide the old seal up and out of the vertical channel, clean the channel and cut the new seal to the door height, then feed the rigid T-head in from the top and slide it down until seated.
