Shower Door Brush Seal 5mm x 12mm for Bifold & Channel Doors
Price shown updates with the option you pick.
What this seal is
A brush seal for bifold and channel-fitting shower doors: a 5mm T-shaped backing strip carrying a dense 12mm bristle pile — the deepest brush in our 5mm-backing range. The backing simply slides into the channel on the door rail with no adhesive, and the bristles sweep the gap below.
It suits doors sitting well clear of the tray, where a solid blade seal this tall would buckle and drag. The bristles just sweep instead, keeping the fold action light and silent while closing the draught and splash gap.
Which brush depth do I need?
Check the slot in your channel takes a 5mm backing, then measure the gap below the door — this seal suits a gap of around 12mm. Smaller gap? We stock 6mm, 8mm and 10mm bristle depths on the same 5mm backing, so measure first and pick the closest depth.

Why fit this seal
Keeps the fold action light. Bristles sweep rather than drag, so a bifold door opens and closes smoothly and silently instead of snagging on a stiff blade.
Closes draughts and splashes. The dense 12mm pile fills the gap under the door, cutting cold draughts and stopping splash-out onto the bathroom floor.
Straight swap for your old seal. The 5mm T backing slides into the same channel your worn seal came out of — no adhesive, no tools beyond something to cut it to width.
UK stock, fast dispatch. Order before 2pm and your seal is dispatched the same working day.
Fitting in three steps
1. Measure. Check the channel slot takes a 5mm backing, measure the width of the door rail, and check the gap below is around 12mm.
2. Choose. Pick the 1000mm or 2000mm length at or above your rail width.
3. Fit. Remove the old seal and clean the channel, cut the backing strip to width, then slide the T backing along the channel until it sits flush end to end.
