Shower Door Brush Seal 6mm x 12mm for Bifold & Channel Doors

What this seal is

A replacement brush seal for bifold and channel-fitted shower doors, with a 6mm T-shaped backing that slides into the door’s channel slot and a 12mm deep brush of dense synthetic bristles. It’s the deepest brush we carry on a 6mm backing, made for doors that sit a substantial distance — around 12mm — above the tray or bath.

Unlike a rigid PVC blade, bristles this long still glide freely as a bifold door folds and unfolds, so the door keeps moving smoothly while the brush blocks splash and draughts along the gap.

Why fit this seal

Keeps water where it belongs. A worn or missing brush leaves a clear path for splashes and draughts under the door. A fresh, full-depth brush closes the gap and protects the floor outside the enclosure.

Moves with the door. Dense bristles flex and sweep as the door folds, so a bifold door opens and closes freely — something a stiff 12mm blade seal can’t promise.

No adhesive, no mess. The T backing simply slides into the channel your old seal came out of. No glue, no drilling, and it slides back out just as easily when it’s next due a change.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check the channel slot in your door takes a 6mm backing and that the gap below the door is around 12mm. Measure the width of the door edge you’re sealing.

2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above the length you need.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the backing strip to length, then feed the T backing in at one end and slide it across until fully seated.
