What this brush seal is

A compact brush seal for bifold and channel-fitting shower doors, with a 6mm T-shaped backing and a 6mm bristle pile. The rigid backing strip slides straight into the channel in the door frame — no adhesive required — and the dense synthetic bristles fill the gap beneath the door.

The short, dense brush suits doors that sit close to the tray: it fills the small gap and hushes the door’s movement, without grabbing or folding the way a tight blade seal can.

Available in 1000mm or 2000mm lengths. Pick the nearest length at or above the width of your door — the backing cuts down easily at home for a perfect fit.

Why fit this brush seal

Fills the gap without friction. Bristles glide where a tight blade seal can grab or fold, so the door keeps moving freely while the gap below stays closed.

Quietens the door. The dense pile cushions the door’s movement, hushing rattles as it opens and closes.

No adhesive, no mess. The T backing simply slides along the existing channel — no glue, no residue, and it can be replaced again just as easily.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check the channel slot in your door takes a 6mm backing, with roughly 6mm of gap below for the bristles, and measure the width of the door.

2. Choose. Pick 1000mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your door width.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the backing to length, then slide the T backing in until the brush runs end to end.
