Bath Screen Seal - Fits 3-4mm Glass, Seals 1-3mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear replacement seal for bath screens with 3–4mm glass. The high-quality rigid PVC channel pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips 3mm or 4mm glass comfortably with no need for any additional adhesive, while the soft curved underseal beneath the base compresses against the bath to close gaps of 1mm to 3mm — so water stays in the bath instead of on your floor.

This profile is most commonly found on the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen, where a tight low-profile seal against the bath keeps splashes contained. It is a straight seal, designed for use on straight glass only.

Choose your length

Measure the edge of glass you need to seal, then pick the nearest length at or above it — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm — and trim it down at home for a neat edge-to-edge fit. A custom cutting service is also available if you'd rather it arrived ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Stops drips and splashes. A worn, discoloured or missing bottom seal lets water creep past the screen and pool on the bathroom floor. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 3–4mm glass on its own — it slides straight onto the edge and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue on the glass.

Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC keeps your screen looking clean and uncluttered while the soft underseal quietly closes gaps of 1–3mm.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 3mm or 4mm thick, measure the length of the edge you're sealing, and check the gap you need to close is between 1mm and 3mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement from the four available.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the bottom edge of the glass so the curved underseal rests against the bath. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
