Twin-Channel 90 Degree Corner Seal - 4-5mm Glass

What this seal is

A clear corner seal for bath and shower screens with 4mm or 5mm glass (not 6mm). The rigid PVC profile carries two channels set at 90 degrees on a 14mm base — one channel for each panel — so it pushes onto the vertical edges of both panels where they meet at a corner, joining and sealing the upright in one piece. Each channel mouth is 4mm wide and flexes to grip 4mm or 5mm glass. No adhesive, no screws, no drilling.

It is most commonly fitted to the vertical section of a bath screen where two glass panels meet at 90 degrees. If hinges hold the two panels together, simply cut the seal around them as you fit it.

Choose your length

Four lengths are available — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm and 2000mm. Measure the height of the joint you need to cover and pick the length at or just above it. If your measurement sits between two lengths, choose the longer one — the seal trims down easily at home, or add our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Seals the corner in one piece. Because both panel edges sit in their own channel of the same profile, the joint is closed along its full height — no separate strips, no gap between them.

No adhesive, no mess. The channels grip 4–5mm glass on their own, so there is nothing to glue and no residue left behind if you ever remove it.

Made for panel joints. The profile sits neatly along the upright where two bath-screen panels meet, and cuts cleanly around hinges with a sharp knife.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4mm or 5mm thick (this profile does not fit 6mm) and measure the height of the joint.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length and cut around any hinges, then push each channel onto its glass edge, working along from one end — never slide the seal along the glass. No adhesive, no drying time.
