Frame Channel Seal - Flair Shower Doors, 900mm or 2000mm

What this seal is

A clear frame channel seal made from a combination of soft PVC — similar to silicone or rubber — and rigid PVC in the T-sections, which means it holds its shape and is not entirely flexible. The rigid T-sections locate the seal in the door frame while the soft body does the sealing.

Based on feedback from previous customers, this seal is normally used vertically on some Flair shower doors, although it may also be found on other makes. If your old seal has the same cross-section, this is a straightforward like-for-like replacement.

Choose your length

Measure the height of the run you need to seal, then pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above it — and trim it down at home. A custom cutting service is also available if you'd rather it arrived ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the frame. A worn, shrunken or split channel seal lets water escape where the door meets the frame. A fresh seal closes the joint and protects flooring and skirting from water damage.

A known match for Flair doors. Customer feedback tells us this profile fits some Flair shower doors vertically — so if that's your door, you've likely found your seal.

No adhesive, no mess. The rigid T-sections simply locate in the frame channel — nothing to glue or drill, and the old seal slides out just as easily.

Cut to fit at home. Trim it to length with garden secateurs or a junior hacksaw, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the height of the channel you're sealing, and compare the end of your old seal with the profile shown in the product photos.

2. Choose. Pick 900mm or 2000mm — whichever is at or above your measurement — or add the custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Slide the old seal out and clean the channel, cut the new seal to length, then slide the T-sections into the channel until the seal sits flush.
