Industrial Bubble Wrap Roll

Large-bubble packaging roll for wrapping, cushioning and separating items during handling, storage or transit. Choose the roll width to suit the object or packing bench; the listed options are 1200 mm × 50 m and 1500 mm × 50 m.

Material format

The bubbles are stated as approximately 20 mm in diameter and 7 mm high. The supplier lists length tolerance of ±1 m and width tolerance of ±50 mm. These are material dimensions rather than a guarantee against shipping damage; protection depends on the item, wrap layers and outer carton.

How to use it

Cut sufficient material to cover exposed corners and faces, then secure the wrap using an appropriate outer packing method. For fragile items, combine cushioning with a suitable box and void fill so the item cannot move freely. The wider roll reduces seams on large objects; the narrower roll can be easier to handle for smaller pieces.

Supplied: one 50 m roll in the width selected. Boxes, tape and packed items are not included. Reuse where practical and check local facilities before recycling used material.
