Replacement Shower Door Roller Lower Wheel 23mm 25mm
What this roller is
A replacement lower wheel for sliding shower doors, supplied as 1 x lower shower door roller with a choice of 23mm or 25mm wheel diameter. The swivel action lets the wheel follow the track, so it suits curved and quadrant doors as well as straight sliders.
A worn or seized lower roller is what makes a sliding door grind, stick or drop out of line. Swapping it for this easy-glide wheel restores smooth, quiet movement and takes the strain off the door frame.
Which wheel size do I need?
Measure the diameter of your old wheel — 23mm or 25mm — and check the other measurements below against your door before ordering. The screw fixes through the existing hole in your glass, so the hole size and its distance from the glass edge are the key checks.

Why fit this roller
Restores smooth sliding. The easy-glide wheel gets a grinding, sticking or dropped door running quietly along its track again in minutes.
Suits curved doors. The swivel action lets the wheel align itself with the track, making it a proper fit for quadrant and curved enclosures, not just straight sliders.
Cheaper than a new door. Rollers are the first part of a sliding enclosure to wear out — replacing them costs a fraction of a new screen and keeps the rest of your enclosure in service.
Neat finish. The included screw cover caps hide the fixing for a clean look on the glass.
Fitting
1. Measure. Check your glass is 5–6mm thick, the hole in the glass is 10–13mm across with its centre 18mm from the edge, and measure your old wheel's diameter.
2. Choose. Pick the 23mm or 25mm wheel to match your old roller and track.
3. Fit. Lift the door off its track, unscrew the old lower roller, fix the new roller through the existing hole in the glass, snap on the screw cover cap and rehang the door.
