What this seal is

A pair of clear self-adhesive magnetic channel seals that hold your shower door closed while you shower. Each seal carries a magnetic strip covered in white plastic to match the rest of your enclosure — the two strips pull together to keep the door shut, yet part easily when you're finished.

Fitting couldn't be simpler: high-quality 3M VHB double-sided tape comes pre-applied to the back of each magnet, so the seals can be stuck to any flat surface — glass, tiles and more — wherever you need a magnetic closure. No screws, no drilling, no wet adhesive.

Why fit this seal

Keeps the door closed and the water in. A door that drifts open mid-shower sends water straight onto the bathroom floor. These magnetic strips snap it shut every time, protecting flooring and skirting from water damage.

Stick-on fitting, no tools. The pre-applied 3M VHB tape bonds to any clean, flat surface — there's nothing to screw, drill or glue, so fitting takes minutes.

Works where channel seals can't. Because the pair fixes with tape rather than clipping onto a glass edge, you can add a magnetic closure almost anywhere on the enclosure that suits your door.

Cut to fit at home. The soft material trims down easily with secateurs or a junior hacksaw — or use our custom cutting service and the pair arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the height of the closing edges where the two seals will meet, and make sure both surfaces are flat, clean and dry.

2. Choose. The pair comes in 2000mm lengths — order as supplied and trim down, or add the custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Cut each seal to length, peel the backing from the 3M VHB tape and press each seal firmly into place so the two magnetic strips meet squarely when the door closes.
