Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Fin, 11-16mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear pre-curved shower screen seal for curved glass of 4–6mm. The rigid PVC U-section grips 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass without any adhesive, and the seal closes gaps of 11mm to 16mm between the glass and the bath or tray.

It is made specifically for curved glass with a continuous curve, within the parameters shown in the product diagrams. If your measurements fall outside those parameters, you need an S-shaped seal, or your glass runs straight and then curves, get in touch — we can supply a custom seal made to your measurements.

Check your curve and length

This seal comes in an 850mm length and can be cut down once received. Before ordering, compare your measurements against the technical diagrams to confirm your curve is within tolerance. Why fit this seal

Made curved — fits curved. A straight seal forced around curved glass puckers, gapes and leaks. This one is pre-curved to follow the glass, so it seals evenly along its whole length.

Stops leaks at the bottom of the screen. Closing the 11–16mm gap keeps water off your bathroom floor and protects flooring and skirting.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own and can be removed without residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the gap to close (11–16mm) and compare your curve against the product diagrams.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length, or contact us for a custom quote if you need longer or a different curve.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the bottom edge of the glass. No adhesive, no tools, no drying time.
