Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 15-20mm Gaps

What this seal is

A pre-curved clear seal for curved shower screens with 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass with no additional adhesive and seals gaps of 15mm to 20mm between the curved glass and your bath or tray.

This seal is made specifically for curved glass with a continuous curve — check your measurements against the parameters in the technical diagram in the gallery. If your screen needs an “S”-shaped seal, or is straight and then curved, contact us and we will send you an easy-to-follow guide so you receive the correct seal.

Why fit this seal

Made for curved screens. Standard straight seals will not follow a curved bath screen — this profile arrives pre-curved, so it hugs the glass and seals properly along its full length.

Stops leaks and protects your bathroom. A worn or missing bottom seal lets water pool outside the screen — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own, so it pushes straight on and can be removed later without leaving residue on the glass.

Longer curves covered too. If 850mm is not enough, send us your measurements and we will quote a custom seal made to your curve.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, the gap you need to close is 15–20mm, and your curve is continuous and within the parameters in the diagram.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length, or add our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, clean the glass edge, trim the new seal to size and push the U-section onto the curved edge of the glass.
