Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 18-23mm Gaps

What this seal is

A pre-curved clear seal for curved shower and bath screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the curved edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and seals gaps of 18mm to 23mm between the glass and the tray, bath or floor.

Unlike a straight seal forced around a bend, this profile is supplied already curved, so it sits flat on the glass and seals evenly along the whole run. It suits curved glass with a continuous curve whose measurements fall within the parameters shown in the diagram in the product images.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks on curved screens. Curved doors and quadrant screens are notoriously hard to seal — a proper pre-curved profile closes the gap evenly instead of gaping at the ends.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own, so it pushes straight on and can be removed again without residue.

Made for the curve. Because the seal is manufactured curved, it follows the glass naturally rather than fighting it — no kinking, lifting or springing off.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the gap you need to close (18–23mm), and compare your curve against the parameters in the diagram.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length — or the custom cut option — and contact us for a quote if you need a longer curved seal.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the curved edge of the glass so the seal closes the gap below. No adhesive, no drying time.
