Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 8mm Glass, Seals 11-16mm Gaps

What this seal is

A pre-curved bottom seal for curved shower screens with 8mm glass. The rigid PVC channel pushes onto the curved bottom edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and the flexible fin closes gaps of 11mm to 16mm between the glass and the tray, keeping water inside the shower.

It suits screens with a continuous curve whose measurements fall within the parameters shown in the product diagram. Why fit this seal

Made for curved glass. A straight seal forced around a curve puckers, gapes and leaks — this profile arrives pre-curved so the fin sits evenly against the tray all the way round.

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn or missing bottom seal on a curved screen lets water pool outside the shower; replacing it takes minutes.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 8mm glass on its own and comes off again without residue.

Custom options if needed. Longer lengths, S-shapes and straight-then-curved runs can all be quoted — just ask.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick, your gap is 11–16mm, and your curve is continuous and within the diagram's parameters.

2. Choose. Order the 850mm length and trim to size, or contact us for a quote if you need a longer or custom-curved seal.

3. Fit. Cut down if needed, then push the channel onto the curved bottom edge of the glass with the fin facing the tray.
