Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 8mm Glass, Seals 18-23mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear pre-curved shower screen seal for curved glass panels that are 8mm thick, sealing gaps of 18mm to 23mm. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the curved edge of the glass — no additional adhesive needed — and closes the gap between your curved screen and the tray or bath.

Finding an off-the-shelf seal for a curved quadrant or bow-fronted screen is notoriously difficult; this one is manufactured already curved, so it follows the glass instead of fighting it. It suits glass with a continuous curve whose measurements fall within the parameters shown in the diagram above.

Why fit this seal

Made for curved glass. A straight seal forced around a curve puckers, gaps and springs off — this profile arrives pre-curved so it sits flush along the whole edge of the glass.

Stops leaks and protects your bathroom. A worn or missing bottom seal on a curved screen lets water track onto the floor every time you shower — replacing it protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The rigid PVC channel grips 8mm glass on its own, so there is nothing to stick, cure or clean up — and it can be removed without leaving residue.

Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC blends into the glass for a neat, discreet finish.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick, measure the gap you need to close (18–23mm for this profile), and compare your curve against the parameters in the diagram above.

2. Choose. The seal comes in an 850mm length and can be cut down to size — if you need a longer length, contact us for a custom quote.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the seal onto the curved edge of the glass starting at one end and work your way along, pressing it on as you go.
