Pre-Curved Shower Seal - 8mm Glass, Seals 7-12mm Gaps

What this seal is

A pre-curved clear shower screen seal for curved glass that measures 8mm thick. The high-quality rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips comfortably with no need for any additional adhesive, closing gaps of 7mm to 12mm between the glass and the tray or floor.

Unlike a standard straight profile, this seal arrives already curved — ideal for quadrant and curved bath screens where a straight seal simply won't follow the glass.

Will it fit my curve?

This seal suits curved glass where the curve is continuous and your measurements fall within the parameters shown in the diagram above. Why fit this seal

Stops leaks on curved screens. A worn or missing bottom seal on a quadrant or curved screen lets water pool outside the enclosure. This pre-curved profile follows the glass properly and closes gaps of 7–12mm.

Ready-curved, ready to go. No wrestling a straight seal around a radius — the curve is formed in, so it sits flat against the glass along its whole length.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 8mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue.

Custom curves available. If your measurements fall outside this seal's parameters, we can make a seal curved to your exact measurements — just ask.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8mm thick, confirm your curve is continuous and within the parameters in the diagram, and measure the gap you need to close — this seal covers 7mm to 12mm.

2. Choose. The seal comes in an 850mm length — order as supplied and trim down, or add the custom cutting service. Need longer? Contact us for a custom quote.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the curved edge of the glass so the seal closes the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
