What this seal is

A chrome-effect shower screen seal for 8–10mm glass, sealing gaps of 15mm to 20mm. The rigid PVC U section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass and grips on its own — no adhesive, no screws, no drilling — while the chrome finish blends seamlessly into a chrome-framed enclosure.

It is most often fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the wall or tiles. Suitable for straight glass only.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks instantly. A worn or missing seal along the bottom or upright of the glass is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from water damage.

Matches your chrome frame. The chrome finish sits seamlessly alongside chrome enclosure fittings — and unlike a clear seal, it won't show discolouration over time.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel is designed to comfortably grip 8–10mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick, measure the edge you are sealing, and measure the gap you need to close — it should be between 15mm and 20mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement, or have us cut it to size for you.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
