What this handle is

A chrome replacement handle and knob for shower enclosure doors, 165mm long overall and made for doors drilled at 145mm hole centres. If your old handle has snapped, corroded or worked loose, this is a quick like-for-like swap — simply unscrew the old one and screw the new one on within minutes.

The handle bar is 16mm in diameter, and the knob fits on the inside face of the door so you can open the shower door easily from the inside. Two glass protection washers are included to keep metal away from glass.

Measure the distance between the centres of the two holes in your glass — it needs to be 145mm for this handle.

Fitting

1. Measure. Check the hole centres in your door measure 145mm.

2. Remove. Unscrew and remove your old handle from both sides of the glass.

3. Fit. Position the glass protection washers, then screw the handle and knob together through the door — handle outside, knob inside.
