Shower Screen Seal - 3-4mm Glass, Seals 11-16mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear shower screen seal for 3–4mm glass that closes gaps of 11mm to 16mm. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass and grips it comfortably with no adhesive, while the seal bridges the gap to the bath, tray, wall or tiles — keeping the water where it belongs.

It is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and can also be used vertically on the upright of the glass to seal between the glass and the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects your floor. A worn or missing bottom seal is the most common cause of water escaping under a bath screen. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 3–4mm glass on its own — it slides straight onto the edge and can be removed or repositioned without leaving any residue.

Generous gap coverage. One profile spans anything from an 11mm to a 16mm gap, so it copes with uneven trays and out-of-level bath rims while staying barely visible in clear PVC.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect edge-to-edge fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 3–4mm thick, measure the edge you are sealing, and measure the gap between the glass and the surface below or beside it.

2. Choose. Confirm your gap falls within 11–16mm, then pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the edge of the glass so the seal closes against the bath, tray, wall or tiles. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
