Shower Screen Seal - 3-4mm Glass, Seals 7-12mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear replacement seal for shower doors and bath screens with thin 3–4mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and the flexible fin closes gaps of 7mm to 12mm, stopping water escaping every time you shower.

It is most often fitted horizontally along the bottom edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks instantly. A worn, discoloured or missing seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower or bath. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

Made for thinner glass. Most seals start at 4mm or above — this profile grips 3mm and 4mm panes properly, so it stays put on lighter screens.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips the glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed again without leaving residue, and the clear PVC is barely visible once fitted.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 3–4mm thick, measure the length of the edge to be sealed, and measure the gap you need to close (7–12mm for this seal).

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm — or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the fin faces the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
