Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals Gaps Up To 32mm

What this seal is

A clear replacement seal for shower screens and doors with 4–6mm glass, covering gaps of up to 32mm. The rigid PVC U-section pushes straight onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive required — and the fin closes the gap between the glass and the adjacent surface, stopping water escaping every time you shower.

This profile was designed to fit some specific Koralle/Sphinx Facette enclosures, and previous customers have confirmed it fits them — though it may also fit screens and doors from other manufacturers. It is most commonly found on the vertical section of a shower door.

Why fit this seal

Bridges big gaps. With coverage up to 32mm, this profile closes spaces that ordinary shower seals cannot reach.

A match for discontinued doors. If your Koralle/Sphinx Facette seal is worn and the original is hard to find, this profile is the replacement previous customers have used successfully.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-section grips 4–6mm glass on its own, so it pushes straight on and comes off cleanly whenever it needs replacing.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it down for a perfect fit, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the edge you are sealing, and measure the gap you need to close.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-section onto the edge of the glass starting at one end, with the fin facing the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
