Shower Screen Seal - 10-12mm Glass, Seals 18-23mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear replacement seal for shower doors and screens with thick 10–12mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and the flexible fin closes wide gaps of 18mm to 23mm, stopping water escaping every time you shower.

It is most often fitted horizontally along the bottom edge of a shower door or bath screen, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks instantly. A worn, discoloured or missing seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower. Replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster from long-term water damage.

Closes a genuinely wide gap. Most seals give up well short of 23mm — this profile is made for the larger clearances found under heavy 10–12mm frameless doors.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 10–12mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed again without leaving residue on the glass.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 10–12mm thick, measure the length of the edge to be sealed, and measure the gap you need to close (18–23mm for this seal).

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm, 2000mm or 2500mm — or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the fin faces the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
