Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Beaded Fin 11-16mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear replacement shower screen seal for 4–6mm glass that closes gaps of 11mm to 16mm. The rigid PVC U-channel pushes straight onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive, screws or drilling — while the straight fin with its small bubble tip flexes across the gap to keep water inside your shower or bath.

This profile is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against tiles or a wall. It is designed for straight glass only.

Choose your length

Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths. Measure the edge of glass you need to seal and pick the nearest length at or above it — the seal trims down easily at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn, discoloured or missing seal lets water escape onto flooring, skirting and plaster every time you shower — replacing it takes minutes and prevents long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own, sliding straight on and coming off again without leaving residue on the glass.

Generous gap coverage. The flexible fin and bubble tip seal gaps from 11mm right up to 16mm, so it copes with uneven walls and screens that sit slightly out of true.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the length of edge you need to seal and the gap you need to close.

2. Choose. Confirm your gap falls between 11mm and 16mm, then pick the nearest length at or above your measurement — or add custom cutting.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the fin closes the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
