Shower Screen Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Seals 18-23mm Gaps

What this seal is

A clear shower screen seal for 4–6mm glass, sealing gaps of 18mm to 23mm between the glass and the bath, tray or wall. The rigid PVC U-channel simply pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and comfortably grips 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass.

It is most commonly fitted along the bottom horizontal edge of a bath screen or shower door, and works just as well vertically on the upright of the glass to seal against the tiles or wall. The clear PVC is barely visible once fitted.

Choose your length

Available in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths and easily cut down at home. If your glass edge sits between two sizes, order the next length up and trim it — or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks and protects floors. A worn, discoloured or missing bottom seal is the most common cause of water pooling outside the shower — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring, skirting and plaster.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed without leaving residue.

Barely visible once fitted. The clear PVC blends into the glass, keeping your enclosure looking clean and bright.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the edge to be sealed, and confirm the gap is between 18mm and 23mm.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above your measurement.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, trim the new one to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the seal closes the gap. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
